About the programme

The Double Degree Master in Philosophy is a cooperation between the University of Bamberg and the universities of Trieste and Udine in Italy. You spend one year studying in Germany and one year in Italy, in the third and fourth semesters, and graduate with two degrees: the Master of Arts from Bamberg and the joint Laurea Magistrale from Trieste and Udine. Alongside in-depth study of philosophy, the programme builds your knowledge of the languages and cultures of both countries and of their philosophical traditions. It has 120 ECTS over four semesters, and you can start in winter or summer. ERASMUS funding is available.
