About the programme
Comparative Public Governance is a double-degree programme run by the University of Münster with the University of Twente in the Netherlands. You graduate with two diplomas: a one-year MSc in European Studies from Twente and a two-year MA in Comparative Public Governance from Münster. It is taught entirely in English and starts every year on 1 September in Enschede. The first semester at Twente covers the international and EU legal framework, international relations, and regulatory and policy design beyond the nation-state; the second, in Münster, covers political steering and political participation. In the third semester you choose an internship with electives or an exchange, and the fourth is for academic research and your thesis.
