About the programme
Business Administration: Management and Law is a Master of Arts at the University of Oldenburg, taught in German and English. It takes 4 semesters (120 ECTS), starts in the winter semester only, and admission is free. The programme combines in-depth business knowledge with commercial law. In the first semester, basic modules in business, law, economics and business methods lay the groundwork. You then pick one of four specialisations: sustainability management; accounting, finance and taxation; management; or business law, plus two supplementary modules. The fourth semester is a five-month Master's thesis with a research colloquium. Careers include management, finance and tax, auditing, consulting and compliance. Requirements include a degree in economics with law, or law with economics, including 18 credits in business administration, 12 in economics and 12 in law, plus English at B2. Applicants from outside Germany also need German at DSH-2 or TestDaF 4.
