M.A. Business Law (LL.M.)

The Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law (Wirtschaftsrecht) at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences combines law with business administration. It is a three-semester consecutive programme taught in German on the Caprivi campus in Osnabrück, starting in the summer semester. You gain knowledge of national and international business law and business administration, along with key skills needed by business lawyers in leadership positions. The programme follows a set study plan, with small study groups, close contact with teaching staff and intensive support. You can write your master's thesis at one of the university's partner institutions abroad. Graduates are prepared for senior legal roles in banks, insurance companies, auditing firms and tax and management consultancies, and for leadership roles in the legal departments of companies, associations and public bodies.
