Prerequisites
a first degree with an average grade of at least 2.5 from a German university in a bachelor's program in a social science subject or in an equivalent program of at least three years at a German or foreign university that meets the qualifying requirements specified in paragraph 2,
2. has knowledge of the German language that corresponds to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and knowledge of English that corresponds to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,
3. has acquired a general higher education entrance qualification or a relevant subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or an equivalent foreign higher education entrance qualification, and
4. has not definitively failed an examination in a master's, magister, or diploma program in political science or has lost their right to take the examination.
