Prerequisites

has obtained a first degree from a German university in a bachelor's program in nursing science, nursing management, or nursing education, or in an equivalent program of at least three years at a German or foreign university that meets the qualifying requirements specified in paragraph 2,

2. can demonstrate recognition of their professional qualification as a nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or midwife,

3. has knowledge of the German language that corresponds to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as knowledge of English that corresponds to at least level A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and

4. has not definitively failed an examination in a master's program in nursing science or lost their right to take the examination.
