About the programme
Biomedical Sciences is a research-oriented MSc at Reutlingen University, taught in English and German. It takes 3 or 4 semesters and starts in mid-March or early October. Modules cover statistics in biomedicine, analytical methods, materials in biomedical sciences, biomedical technologies and regenerative medicine, and regulatory affairs and IP management, plus technical, quality and innovation management. A research project lasting several months is part of the plan, and you can write your Master's thesis in industry or at a research institute in Germany or abroad. You work on developing modern medical products and materials such as stent coatings, cartilage replacement or artificial heart valves. It is aimed at Bachelor's graduates in biomedicine, life sciences, chemistry or pharmacy.
