About the programme

Public Health Nutrition is a Master of Science (M.Sc.) at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, run jointly by the departments of Nutritional, Food and Consumer Sciences and Health Sciences. It is worth 120 ECTS, starts in the winter semester and is taught in German and English. On campus it takes four semesters full-time, with classes mainly Monday to Wednesday; the page also lists a 6-semester duration and a part-time option. In the second and third semesters you join a 15 ECTS research project in small groups. It suits self-motivated students who like small learning groups and want to work in public health nutrition, policy advice, national and international enterprises, NGOs or research.
