Planning and developing sustainable real estate projects
Holistic project management including scheduling, cost and quality control
Advising and representing the client

Supporting contract negotiations and creating presentations, schedules, budget overviews and feasibility studies

Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable degree program, at an advanced stage
Solid knowledge of construction fundamentals and processes
Confident use of MS Office products
Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
