What you'll do
- You actively support us in the switch to digital invoice receipt
- You handle the standardized and serial communication with suppliers by email
- After your induction, you formally check incoming PDF invoices and forward them by email
- Your work helps us significantly reduce processing times in finance processes while contributing to the optimization of existing processes
- You work at least three fixed days per week for 20 hours, with flexible scheduling of hours
What you need
- You are enrolled as a student of business administration, economics or business law
- You stand out through a high ability to concentrate and careful work
- You work independently, in a structured way, and keep an overview even with more complex tasks
- You have a strong affinity for IT, especially with AI tools and Microsoft Power Automate
- You see questions and mistakes as a chance to learn and handle them openly and constructively
- Very good German skills and good English skills round off your profile
