Key facts

You manage the department's office equipment, including IT equipment such as laptops, monitors and accessories
You prepare the start of new interns and working students, order the equipment they need and guide them through their first processes
You create purchase requests for the department and track them until delivery
You coordinate the department's organizational matters and problems and are the contact person for colleagues and interfaces
You support the team with all back-office tasks
Depending on your field of study and capacity, you support the team with technical tasks in mechanical testing

Current studies, in any field
Technical knowledge or interest in technical topics is an advantage, studying mechanical engineering or a similar field is a plus
Very good German and good English, spoken and written
Confident with MS Office, first experience with SAP is an advantage
A structured, independent and reliable way of working
Organizational talent and enjoyment in keeping track of many different tasks at once
Strong communication, helpfulness and team spirit
A hands-on mentality and desire to take on responsibility
