Key facts

You become part of our HR Talent & Performance Center of Excellence (CoE) and support, project by project, the strategic development of our global HR talent, performance and people development topics
You work on conceptual questions, support international HR initiatives and gain insight into shaping global HR frameworks
You contribute to our global HR projects in attraction & acquisition, people development, performance management and talent management
You help create and prepare international HR concepts and HR standards
You research global development, talent and performance concepts and initiatives, analyze best practices and prepare results for further use
You help create presentations, concept papers and analyses and prepare meetings and stakeholder communication

As a full-time student (m/f/d) in economics, psychology, social sciences or a similar degree, you are enthusiastic about HR topics
You already have practical HR experience (e.g. working student jobs, internships), ideally in an international setting
You enjoy conceptual work, work in a structured and independent way and keep an overview even with complex topics
You enjoy teamwork, like approaching people and are comfortable with digital tools
PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams are standard for you
Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile
