Key facts

Content creation & maintenance: You help create, revise, maintain and publish posts, texts and documents for our intranet on schedule.
Content optimisation: You help optimise existing content, e.g. in terms of structure, clarity and findability.
Digital content structures: You help maintain and develop our intranet structures in SharePoint and work on a clear, user-friendly filing system.
Working with Microsoft tools: You contribute to using and developing our digital work environment, especially SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
Contributing to special projects: You support the marketing team on selected projects, e.g. tool introductions, structure projects or internal digitalisation initiatives.
Cross-team collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from marketing and other departments and gain insight into different project and working methods.

Qualification: You have already successfully completed a Bachelor's degree and are currently in a Master's programme, ideally in a relevant subject such as economics, marketing or similar.
Experience: You have already gained some commercial work experience, for example through internships or other working student jobs. Ideally you already have some experience in content management.
Software: You have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Language: You write confidently, clearly and in a way suited to the target audience in German and have a good feel for language.
Communication & working style: You are careful and highly self-organised. You keep an overview even with several tasks and want to take responsibility for your own area of work. You also enjoy working in a team, value exchange and contribute constructively to shared projects.
