What you'll do
- Advise customers about different destinations by phone, in person and in writing
- Book trips in the system and process extras such as luggage transfers and travel cancellation insurance
- Send confirmations and other travel documents to customers
- Handle cancellations, voucher orders and other general customer enquiries
What you need
- Full-time studies in tourism or another subject and enthusiasm for tourism
- Confidence in advising customers and a strong service focus towards guests
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with guests
- Reliable and independent approach to work
- Very good spoken and written German
- Confident use of common Office programs
- Enjoyment of travel and tourism products
