What you'll do
- You receive, sort and open mail and prepare the items for scanning (e.g. removing staples)
- You digitize (scan) various documents
- You classify/index according to business transactions and customer wishes
- You support the team with various logistics/archive tasks
What you need
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) and willing to schedule your time flexibly
- You have very good communication skills and speak and write German
- You learn quickly, have good dexterity and work at a brisk pace
- You are reliable and confident using a PC
