If the university entrance qualification or the first professional degree was not obtained at a German-speaking institution, proof of German language skills (C1 level) is also required;

Certificate of completed courses

(Students of Augsburg University should request this certificate early via email to ssc(at)zv.uni-augsburg.de at the Student Information Office. You will be notified via your student email address as soon as the certificate is available for retrieval.);

Proof of Bachelor's degree

If available: Copy of Bachelor's certificate;

If not available: Certification of the current average grade

(Students of Augsburg University please apply for the certificate early by email ssc(at)zv.uni-augsburg.de at the Student Information Office. You will be notified via your student email address as soon as the certificate can be retrieved);

If applicable, evidence of further achievements that are relevant for the aptitude test

Information letter about the Master's degree programme (you will receive this as a PDF after completing the online application);

Curriculum vitae in table form;

Proof of English language skills at least at level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR); these language skills are considered proven if a higher education entrance qualification or the first higher education degree from an English-speaking educational institution has been acquired, as well as by the certificate of the general higher education entrance qualification with at least the grade "sufficient" in the continued foreign language English or a school leaving certificate comparable to this, otherwise proof can be provided by the successful completion of a relevant test such as TOEFL or IELTS;

Bachelor's certificate or equivalent degree

including a Transcript of Records

[if the originals are not in German or English: Submission of a certified copy or a certified translation by a translator sworn in Germany]

APS certificate: For applicants from China, India and Vietnam

If you have not completed your studies: Confirmation of the average grade achieved to date including a Transcript of Records
