About the programme
Wiring System Development is a German-taught Master of Engineering at Landshut University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Landshut) for future experts in physical wiring systems. It gives in-depth knowledge of physical vehicle electrical systems and combines content from electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, production and manufacturing technology, logistics, management and business administration. The programme has three semesters: two with lectures and lab practicals and one for the Master's thesis, taught in small study groups. It has 90 ECTS, runs full time and starts in the summer or winter semester. Graduates work in developing, planning and producing wiring systems at car makers, suppliers, development service providers or tool makers, or for aircraft, trains and other systems. It suits people already working in vehicle electrical systems or keen to enter the field.
