About the programme
The International Degree Programme Industrial and Environmental Biology is a 3-semester M.Sc. at Hochschule Bremen with 90 credits, taught in German and English, with entry in the summer or winter semester. It deepens what you learned in a biology Bachelor's through project- and research-oriented teaching in close cooperation with regional partners. You build specialist knowledge in the two focal areas of industrial biology and environmental biology, alongside project management, intercultural communication, presentation and team leadership. Projects and the 22-week Master's thesis can be done with research or business partners in Germany or abroad. Graduates work in diagnostics and pharma labs, biotech quality management, product development, environmental monitoring and nature conservation. It suits graduates in biology or a related field with a grade of 2.5, English at B2 and German at C1.
