About the programme

Advisory and Innovation Services in Agri-Food Systems is a major within the University of Hohenheim's Master's in Agricultural Sciences, taught in English over 4 semesters (120 credits) in Stuttgart. It teaches you how to help businesses and organisations respond to change and how to advance sustainable practices in agri-food systems through professional advice and innovation support. Four compulsory modules (24 credits) cover agricultural extension systems, governance mechanisms, innovation promotion and business management. You then choose five semi-elective modules (30 credits) and electives worth 36 credits, of which up to 30 can come from a professional internship. The third semester can be spent abroad, and the programme ends with a Master's thesis. It suits people who want to work in the agriculture and food industry in advisory or innovation roles.

Ranking or recommendation letter, if additional proof is needed to show that the final grade of your previous degree was actually above average.
