About the programme
The Master's programme (MBA or M.A.) in Technology Management at the Northern Institute of Technology Management (NIT), the business school at Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), prepares you for leadership and management tasks. The degree is conferred by TUHH. It runs over 24 months including the master's thesis and an internship, and you choose a total of 90 or 120 ECTS, with the 120 ECTS option adding complementary modules. Teaching combines classroom and group phases with online learning, mostly on Friday evenings and weekends, so part-time study alongside work is possible. Project-based learning teaches you to plan and carry out complex projects and innovative ideas, and the internship and thesis can be done in a company. The programme is designed for engineers, scientists and business graduates, with an intake of 25 to 35 students.
