About the programme

Digital Business and Innovation Management is an English-taught Master's at Münster University of Applied Sciences (FH Münster), on the Münster campus. It takes 4 full-time semesters (3 with 210 prior credits) and starts in the winter semester. There are no local admission restrictions, but your suitability is assessed with a selection interview. You learn to develop digital business models, build an intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship mindset, and understand technologies such as blockchain, big data, the internet of things, machine learning, cloud computing and 3D printing. You also cover digital law, data literacy, basic programming and project management. An experiential semester lets you do an internship or study abroad. Requirements include a 6-semester degree with a grade of 2.5, business basics and English at B2; without German schooling or a German-taught degree you also need German at A1 by the end of the second semester.

  • A first degree qualifying for entry into a profession (with a standard period of study of at least 6 semesters) with an overall grade of at least "good" (2.5) or ECTS grade "B"
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • level B2 English
  • level A1 German (for students who have not obtained their university entrance qualification or Bachelor’s degree at a German-speaking institution; proof must be provided by the end of the 2nd semester at the latest and before the start of the Experiential Semester and the Master's thesis)
