About the programme

Psychology & Management is a Master of Science at the International School of Management (ISM), taught fully in English on the Dortmund campus and in German with English modules in Munich, Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin. It combines psychological principles with business management practice. You train in the main professional fields for business psychologists: psychology, market analysis, consulting and human resources. After two semesters at ISM you spend a compulsory third semester at one of about 190 partner universities abroad, and you complete 12 weeks of compulsory internships plus workshops and excursions. The standard period is three semesters plus one semester for the master's thesis, with a fast track of three semesters, starting in September. It suits graduates in economics, psychology or related fields.
