About the programme

Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaft) at Hochschule Coburg is a consecutive, full-time Master of Arts taught in German on the Friedrich-Streib campus. It takes three semesters including the thesis and carries 90 ECTS, can be stretched to five semesters, and starts in the winter (1 October) or the summer semester (15 March). There are no compulsory modules: you choose your own modules from five module groups, such as scientific methods and cross-disciplinary skills, the economy and society, and the company, and you can pick up to two focus areas or study without one. Project work tackles real business challenges, and you can add a semester abroad, a practical semester, a double degree with the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia, or a thesis with a company. It suits business graduates aiming for specialist or leadership roles in consulting, strategy, marketing, HR, finance, digitalisation, sustainability or their own start-up.
