What you'll do
- As part of our team, you support the handling of administrative and organizational HR topics (e.g. contract changes, working time changes, parental leave, leaves of absence)
- Your main focus is independently creating employment references and interim references and managing the process end-to-end from workflow start to dispatch
- You take care of system maintenance in SAP and the electronic personnel file
- You create certificates and other HR-related documents
- You support current ongoing projects
What you need
- You are currently studying economics, psychology, business education, sociology or similar
- You are motivated and interested in operational HR
- You are well organized with good communication skills and quick comprehension, and you work independently and carefully
- You have very good German skills
- You have solid user knowledge of MS Office and ideally of SAP HR
- You are enrolled as a full-time student for the entire period of employment
