You support the team by independently handling and coordinating logistics claims in the case management tool, such as quantity discrepancies or transport damage.
You follow up on the results and communicate regularly with the shipping locations involved and internal contacts.
You then carry out actions resulting from claims, such as additional deliveries, returns or credit notes.
You also handle incorrect goods deliveries and check problems such as quantity discrepancies or incorrect delivery notes.
You document the resolution process and help assess delivery quality and support process improvement projects.

You are currently making good progress in a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a similar subject.
Ideally, you have practical logistics knowledge and some initial experience using SAP.
You are confident using Microsoft Office.
A study focus on logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
You work independently, focus on solutions and communicate well with different teams and contacts.
You have very good German skills and English skills at B2 level or higher.
