You help with Enterprise Architecture Management, maintain our application and interface landscape in LeanIX and create or update meaningful architecture diagrams.
In Microsoft Azure DevOps you keep an overview, help track tasks, epics and user stories and help the team track deadlines and progress transparently.
You create and revise technical documentation, architecture sketches and requirements documents in close coordination with the IT leads.
You take part in meetings and workshops, structure the meeting notes professionally and make sure open action items are reliably followed up.
You maintain and structure our team and project areas in SharePoint so information stays transparent and easy to find.

You are studying (business) informatics, industrial engineering, information management or a comparable technical or business degree.
You are well versed in IT structures, system landscapes and modern collaboration tools.
You are confident with Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
First experience with LeanIX, Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence or modeling tools (e.g. Draw.io, MS Visio) is an advantage.
You enjoy turning complex topics into clear notes or documents.
You communicate confidently in German and have good written and spoken English for our international environment.

Attractive pay: you start at about €15 per hour and get about €19 from the 7th month.
