Key facts

You will have varied tasks in operational HR work (e.g. support with hiring, changes to working hours or income)
You support the team in day-to-day business and also take on tasks independently
You support our Local HR Business Partners in preparing various advisory conversations (e.g. on partial retirement)
You actively support us with employment law clarifications
You also prepare PowerPoint presentations and help prepare various data

You are currently studying business administration, business education, psychology or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on HR, and are available for about 15 hours per week over the longer term
You have a strong interest in HR topics and ideally have some first practical experience in this area
You have a solid command of MS Office 365 applications (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP experience is an advantage
You ideally already have first insights into and experience with generative AI in HR and enjoy identifying and shaping practical uses of AI
Very good communication skills, accuracy and independent working are among your strengths
You have very good German and English skills that allow you to write precisely and expressively in both languages
You are motivated and able to get up to speed quickly on a wide range of topics and areas
You enjoy new challenges every day and continuously developing your own skills and competencies?
