What you'll do
- You support us in planning, organising and running process analyses and workshops
- You help us work on, develop and monitor optimisation topics in an HR management system for apprentices (HRMS / HRIS)
- You assist us with master data maintenance and support for the training HRMS system (Guidecom)
What you need
- You are currently studying business informatics, computer science or a similar field
- You already have first experience with ERP, HRMS and HRIS systems and process optimisation
- You are interested in topics such as ERP, HRMS and HRIS systems or process analysis
- You have very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
- You have good communication skills and are confident in front of groups (workshops)
- You are interested in presenting content to suit the audience
