- Support the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations
- Handle administrative topics of operational HR work
- Gain insight into the site and its different business areas
- Take an active part in ongoing HR projects (e.g. People Development, Compensation)
What you need
- Currently studying a relevant field (e.g. business administration, social sciences, psychology), ideally with a focus on HR
- Strong interest in the role of HR Business Partner
- Willingness to work on site at the plant
- First practical experience in HR is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German and good English skills
