Working Student - Support and Administration in Single Process Development (f/m/d)

Teamwork is dreamwork: From planning to daily coordination, you ensure a smooth process in the area of Single Process Development Keep an overview: You actively participate in team workshops and meetings and independently take on administrative tasks such as preparing, conducting and following up on appointments, including minute-taking and documentation Management Support: You create professional presentations and handle the translation and preparation of relevant documents Data Analysis & Visualization: You analyze process data and present workflows and results in a clear and understandable manner

Field of Study: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar Skills: You are proficient in using common MS Office applications, ideally Copilot Work Style: You work reliably and independently Personality: You are a communication talent and a team player Availability: You are interested in a long-term working student position Language Skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Part-time work: The focus is on your studies. Therefore, the working student activity is possible for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period. Regularly enrolled students are welcome: To work as a working student with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all examinations or modules of your studies. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months. Please note that you must not be in a vacation semester. You should live near the work location: For good cooperation, it is important to us that you can come to the site regularly to integrate into the team.
