What you'll do
- Independently develop and optimise process content
- Administer client systems (Windows 10/11)
- Install computers and set up and dismantle workstations
- Help in daily operations by independently solving simple IT support tasks from the ticket system
What you need
- Studies in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree programme
- Confident use of common MS Office products
- Ideally first practical experience in digitalisation and enthusiasm for new topics and development practices
- German skills at independent user level (at least B2)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and an agile, team-oriented approach
