What you'll do
- Support with the fixed asset inventory
- Help with processing the invoice workflow and payment reminders
- Support with posting bank transactions and creating payment runs
- Help with evaluating and documenting trade tax and IHK notices
- Support with month-end closing tasks and general administrative tasks
What you need
- Ongoing studies related to taxes and accounting
- Ideally first theoretical knowledge in these areas and first work experience through internships or vocational training
- Very good analytical skills and an independent, careful way of working
- Confident use of MS Office
- Enjoyment of teamwork
