Work closely with the FBA 8 production teams to increase plant availability, process stability and product quality
Actively support day-to-day production
Help analyze production and maintenance data (e.g. causes of faults, plant conditions, process parameters) and derive improvement measures
Take responsible part in improvement projects
Gain insight into all main areas of hot-dip coating: hot-dip process (zinc/zinc alloys), annealing line / heat treatment, surface inspection & quality processes, production logistics (coils, handling, transport, planning)

You are successfully studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production management or a comparable technical field
Very strong interest in production-related work, technical processes and plant operation
Strong analytical thinking, organizational talent and the ability to link technical and economic matters
You are confident, can assert yourself and communicate clearly, both with engineers and with employees in shift operation
Teamwork, flexibility and resilience, especially in a dynamic production environment
Good knowledge of MS Office
