What you'll do
- Support work in human resources management and the administrative handling of HR measures
- The focus is on supporting operational tasks in employee support and recruitment
- Help prepare and start all employment and personnel law measures, from hiring to dismissal, including works council involvement under the BetrVG
- Create employment references, contracts etc. and create reports
What you need
- Advanced studies, for example in economics or health management
- Interest in operational human resources management
- Confident use of MS Office
- Structured way of working
