What you'll do
- Support the creation, publication and updating of job ads
- Look after our candidates and ensure appreciative and transparent communication
- Take an active part in the selection process, including screening, communication and coordinating next steps
- Help continuously improve our recruiting processes
- Work on projects to improve candidate experience and talent attraction
- Work on and further develop your own projects independently
- Active member of the organizing team of our internal Students Community
What you need
- Student of business administration, psychology, human resources management or in a gap year
- Available from 01.12.2026
- You have already gained first practical experience in HR
- You are open-minded, proactive and communicative
- You like working independently, in a structured way and in a team
- You have very good German skills and practical English skills
- The work must partly be done on site according to company rules

- Fair pay: 2,270€ per month for both voluntary and mandatory internships
