Key facts

You develop new ideas, help work out concepts (e.g. for retaining apprentices) and bring fresh impulses to the further development of our training processes
You keep track of deadlines and are in direct contact with the target group
You organize events for our apprentices and support measures that promote networking
You gain insights into the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to being taken on permanently
You plan and carry out projects with us such as international programs, apprentice events or get-to-know-you trips
You are a contact person for questions about starting a career and support at training and career fairs
You help with administrative tasks, e.g. creating guides, certificates and confirmations and maintaining Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
You take part in meetings and workshops

At the time of the internship you are at least in your 3rd semester of a degree program
Enrollment throughout the entire internship (proof of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or the internship takes place between your Bachelor's and Master's studies (gap year)
Your academic background is in economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or similar
Preferably you have already gained some practical experience through internships or side jobs
You are characterized by a structured way of working, reliability and commitment
You like to contribute your own creative ideas
You are confident with common MS Office products, especially Excel
You have very good English and German skills
