About the programme
Industrial Mathematics and Data Analysis is an international Master of Science at the University of Bremen, taught in English with some courses in German. It takes 4 semesters, admission is free, and you can start in winter or summer. Industrial mathematics is a young branch of applied mathematics that uses modern mathematical methods to solve problems from science, engineering and industry, and methods for analysing big data have recently become a key part of it. Through the Center for Industrial Mathematics you meet modern methods early and apply them to concrete problems, with the chance to work on industrial projects alongside your studies. It suits Bachelor's graduates who want to study applied mathematics at the cutting edge of research and industrial use.
