- A completed Bachelor's or Diploma degree with a minimum grade of "good".
- Proof of sufficient work experience. This can be, for example, a completed vocational training programme, an internship semester or relevant practical work experience during the first degree course or following the first degree course.
In an interview (oral aptitude test), motivation, goals for the degree programme, experience and knowledge in the field of HR management as well as the approach to questions from HR management practice are examined.
