About the programme

Management and Technology (TUM-BWL) is a full-time Master of Science at TUM in Munich, taught in English, over four semesters with 120 ECTS. Technology changes both business models and the way companies are organised, and the programme teaches you to recognise, shape and use the links between engineering or natural science and business. It is strongly interdisciplinary: you deepen your business knowledge in areas such as innovation and entrepreneurship, marketing and management, economics and econometrics, finance and accounting, or operations and supply chain management. You also choose a technical or science focus such as chemistry, electrical and information technology, energy technology, mechanical engineering, informatics, computer engineering, industrial engineering or sustainable energies. You can start in the winter or the summer semester, and admission is through an aptitude assessment. Graduates become managers with a holistic view who take technical questions into account in business decisions.
