About the programme
Hydrogen Technology at TH Rosenheim is an English-taught Master of Science on the Burghausen campus. It runs for three semesters and carries 90 ECTS, full time or part time, and you can start in the winter or the summer semester. The course covers the technologies a future hydrogen economy needs: producing, storing and transporting hydrogen and using it in different sectors, with a focus on energy-intensive industries such as steel, cement and chemicals. Innovation management and the economic evaluation of technologies are part of the core content too. In the first two semesters you build your own profile from a catalogue of modules, learning through seminars, group and project work, lab sessions and excursions. The third semester is for your Master's thesis, at TH Rosenheim or in a cooperating company at home or abroad. It suits engineers who want to work in the hydrogen economy or the chemical industry.
