About the programme

The Master of Arts in General Management at Rheinische Hochschule Köln (RH Köln) is a full-time, on-campus consecutive programme of four semesters and 120 credit points, with a start in the summer or winter semester. It prepares you for the challenges of modern management: you develop leadership qualities, learn management methods and tools, and look closely at the digitalisation of business processes. Compulsory lectures focus on management tools and methods, leadership, performance measurement and digitalisation. About 45 percent of your lectures can be chosen freely from the university's offer, from engineering, medicine, business, media or digitalisation, depending on the industry you aim for. In these elective areas you can also earn certificates, with content such as project management, fundraising and nonprofit organisations, creative leadership and security management. Graduates can work in leadership, corporate management, project management or consulting.
