About the programme
Advanced Business Management & Innovation is a three-semester Master of Arts at Ravensburg-Weingarten University (RWU), with a start in the winter or summer semester. Building on a sound knowledge of business administration, it teaches the connections between the functional areas of a company and a deeper understanding of your own actions, and encourages independent action in line with corporate strategy. Entrepreneurship and digitalisation are treated as key skills, since companies need staff and managers who keep the effect of their decisions on company goals in mind and help shape goals such as competitiveness and the performance of the value chain. The programme suits people who want to launch a start-up and develop, finance and market their own business models, or take on business management responsibility in a company. Alongside deeper business knowledge, the programme also supports your personal development.
