About the programme

The single-subject Master's in Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaftslehre) at Kiel University (CAU) runs for 4 semesters at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences. It builds on a business Bachelor's and prepares you for future leadership roles in companies through specialised problem-solving skills, and it can lead on to a doctorate. In times of globalisation, digitalisation and fast-changing markets and technology, companies cannot rely only on routines, and decision makers combine business skills with managing new technologies, analysing large data sets, managing innovation and change and developing market launch and communication strategies. The programme includes courses in specialised business administration, with at least two specialisations of 20 credit points each, quantitative methods and a complementary area, plus research seminars. A global network of partner universities lets you add a semester abroad.
