About the programme
International Business is an English-taught Master of Science at the International School of Management (ISM), designed for graduates from non-business fields such as engineering, IT, social sciences or languages who want solid management skills and international experience. You need no prior business knowledge. Popular classes include strategic management, business development, international management, marketing, intercultural management, investment theory and finance. Later you go deeper into strategy, innovation and leadership, with topics from digital business models and global supply chains to change management and corporate finance, and you apply them in case studies, business games and a consulting project. The programme lasts four semesters full time on campus in Dortmund, Frankfurt, Munich or Berlin, starts in March, and includes a 12-week compulsory internship. It suits holders of a bachelor's degree in any subject.
