About the programme
German Business Culture and International Management at HTW Dresden is a four-semester Master of Arts worth 120 ECTS, taught in English and starting in the winter semester, full time or part time. It is designed for students who want an introduction to German culture and language together with international business and management, as part of an international cohort. The first semester covers business, culture and language in Germany. The second builds expertise through elective specialisations. In the third you study at a foreign partner university in a comparable programme, and in the fourth you write your Master's thesis, ideally with a partner abroad. You learn to bring complexity and change into management and decision-making, to take a global view, to negotiate, and to bridge cultural differences. It suits graduates aiming for management roles in international organisations.
