About the programme

International Project Management at Hof University of Applied Sciences is a 3-semester Master's with two tracks: Technical Project Management (M.Eng.) and Commercial Project Management (M.A.), with entry in winter or summer. It gives advanced knowledge of agile, traditional and hybrid project management, with core modules in project planning, controlling and financing, IT-supported project management, project marketing and stakeholder management, and project team management. In the second semester you lead a real project as manager of a team of Bachelor's students. You add four electives for your track, such as integrated product development or negotiation and contract management, and finish with the Master's thesis. It suits graduates with 210 credits, or 180 with extra coursework, who want to manage projects in international teams.
