About the programme

International Business & Intercultural Management (MIBIM) is an English-taught Master of Science at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences. It combines core business subjects such as marketing, human resources and finance with intercultural skills, sustainability and social responsibility, and builds critical thinking and cross-cultural teamwork. Teaching mixes theory with case studies, projects and role-plays, with individual and group tutorials and a phase of independent study. In the second semester you can strengthen your profile with electives in areas such as business analysis and research, business environment, intercultural management, sustainable tourism or tourism futures, and you finish with your thesis. The standard period is three semesters (90 ECTS); an optional extra semester for an internship or study abroad adds 30 ECTS, 120 in total. Lectures start in mid-September. Graduates can go into HR, finance, CSR, strategy, consulting and project management.
