About the programme
Sustainable Business Management is a Master's at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development that asks how organisations can be run responsibly and how a socially and ecologically sustainable economy can be shaped. You study the economic, social and ecological sides of sustainability across disciplines and develop solutions to current challenges in agile, practice-oriented learning settings with an open culture of discussion. In the first two semesters you build professional, methodological and personal skills for responsible leadership, through modules such as sustainable value creation management, creativity, moderation and conflict resolution, and empirical research methods or self-management. The third semester is a project-based internship and the fourth is for your thesis and advanced courses. Guest lectures from start-ups, companies and NGOs, projects, excursions and company visits are built into many courses. The programme lasts four semesters, starts in winter and is taught in German.
