What you'll do
- Support the further development of the California App and related digital services
- Analyze customer feedback from app stores, surveys, customer studies and social media
- Support the preparation, execution and evaluation of user studies and workshops
- Observe market, competitor and technology trends in camping, mobility and digital services
- Support events, tests and customer activities around the California product world
What you need
- Students (Bachelor with at least 89 credits or Master) in computer science, business administration, psychology, UX research or comparable fields
- Good to very good academic performance
- German language level B2
- Interest in digital products, apps and customer-centered product development
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
