What you'll do
- Support recruitment management
- Communicate with applicants by email and telephone, for example about invitations, rejections and questions
- Organize interview appointments and support the interview process
- Keep internal reports up to date, including staff movement forecasts
- Help with current recruitment projects
- Support the HR Business Partner teams in daily operations
What you need
- You are a full-time student in a subject related to business, preferably with a focus on HR management, law, psychology or communication, and have a valid certificate of enrollment
- You work carefully, independently and reliably and have strong communication skills
- You have experience using MS Office
- You are interested in HR topics
- You work well in a team, are organized and enjoy taking responsibility for your own work
